By downloading, accessing, or using the Fast Haazir mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order in Quetta.
1. Platform Services & Orders
Fast Haazir provides an on-demand technology platform connecting customers with local food vendors, grocery stores, pharmacies, express riders, and service providers across Quetta.
- Order Acceptance: All orders placed are subject to merchant menu availability and rider dispatch.
- Price Transparency: Prices listed include applicable platform and delivery fees. Dynamic surge multipliers may apply during peak rain/weather events.
2. Payments & Cash on Delivery (COD)
We support Cash on Delivery (COD), digital wallet balance, and online bank transfers. For Cash on Delivery:
- Customers agree to pay the exact amount stated in the app receipt upon rider arrival.
- Riders carry limited change up to PKR 2,000.
- Repeated uncollected or fake COD orders will result in immediate phone account suspension.
3. Parcel & Express Delivery Regulations
When utilizing P2P parcel delivery:
- Prohibited items include illegal substances, hazardous materials, weapons, and unregistered pharmaceuticals.
- OTP verification at pickup and dropoff is mandatory to guarantee safe handover.
- Maximum allowed weight per individual parcel run is 50 kg.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Food or grocery orders can be canceled free of charge before the merchant accepts the order. If canceled after preparation begins, partial fees may apply. Refunds for missing items are processed directly into your Fast Haazir Wallet within 24 hours.
