- Account & Phone Data: Mobile phone number (+92), display name, and optional email address verified via Firebase SMS OTP.
- Location Data: Real-time GPS location during active orders to compute delivery fees, dispatch nearby riders, and enable live tracking in Quetta zones.
- Order & Service Details: Delivery addresses, cart items, parcel pickup/dropoff points, prescription uploads for urgent pharmacy, and errand notes.
- Device & Usage Log: IP address, operating system version, app diagnostics, and crash logs for performance optimization.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used strictly for fulfilling orders and improving service quality:
- To dispatch delivery riders and update real-time order status.
- To facilitate Cash on Delivery (COD) collection and digital wallet transactions.
- To verify user identity via OTP for parcel pickup and dropoff security.
- To provide 24/7 customer support in English and Urdu.
3. Data Security & Storage
All data transmitted between the Fast Haazir app and backend is encrypted using TLS 1.3 encryption. We store backend databases on InsForge PostgreSQL infrastructure protected by strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
